The palate is supple and juicy - exert generous flavours of cassis, tea leaf, vanilla, sweet spice and graphite. A smooth and spicy wine with great structure and balance. A very enjoyable wine, with good Cabernet character and a firm backbone.

On the palate, a well rounded attack of savoury fruit supported by fine-grained tannin through to the mid-palate where dark berry and bacon fat take over and carry through into the elegant finish. Beautiful acidity that maintains freshness and keeps the wine nimble on the palate." (September 2022)
