How Does Runner Work?
Runner is a curated convenience delivery service which means we bring the convenience store to you. Make an account using either our IOS or Android app or using our website. Start browsing our hand-picked collection of high-end essentials, alcohol and new trendy products. When something catches your eye, add it to your cart. When you’re done shopping, use a debit or credit card to check out. Sit back and relax while we prepare your order. We’ll be at your doorstep in as little as an hour!

How Much Does Runner Cost?
Runner is free to download in the app store. We charge a $3.99 delivery fee.
Why Does My Alcohol Have A Delivery Fee Included?
The listed prices of alcohol include a small service fee on top of local retail prices. All of our alcohol comes straight from the LCBO, which means our Runners need to physically go into the store and wait in line to prepare your order. For more information, visit our Terms & Conditions.
When Will My Order Arrive?
We will be at your door within 1-2 hours. Often orders take as little as an hour. Once in a while things can take a bit longer due to things we can’t control ie. traffic, weather, special events. You can always track your order when logged in. If you have any questions about your order, please contact Support by email or chat, and have your order confirmation number ready. They will provide you with all the information you need.
What Type Of Payments Do You Take?
We take all major credit cards, debit Visa/Mastercards and Apple Pay.
How Is This Legal?
All delivery companies that work with Runner are licensed by the AGCO. This means that they are all legally allowed to deliver alcohol to your door. Furthermore, they are all Smart Serve Certified.
How Do You Verify The Age For Alcohol Sales?
Any recipient of an order that includes alcohol must provide a government issued piece of I.D. that proves they are 19 or older upon delivery. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of any alcohol products to those who cannot prove with proper identification they are of legal drinking age in the province of Ontario.
Can You Deliver Gifts?

Where Is My Refund
Refunds typically take 3-5 days to process. If for some reason, you don’t see a refund within this time, please reach out to us with your order number through our in-app chat, or via email at [email protected]
How Can I Receive A Copy Of My Receipt?
Once you have placed your order, a copy of your receipt is sent to the email linked to your account.
How Can I See My Past Orders?
You can see your order history when you log in to your account using the Runner website or app.
Do You Have A Rewards Program?
Yes we do! You earn Reward Points for each order that you complete. It works much like a loyalty card at your local coffee shop. Everytime you shop, your points add up. Once you reach 1000 Reward Points, they can be cashed in for money off of the delivery price.
