Made with the new and luxurious Herradura Ultra tequila, this easy-to-make cocktail is the perfect way to impress your guests or unwind after a long day.
The combination of pineapple juice, lemon juice, bitters, honey, and soda water creates a refreshing and satisfyingly complex taste that you won't be able to resist.
If you're feeling adventurous (we always recommend adventure), add a frothy finish with the optional egg white.
Ingredients
✅ 6oz pineapple juice
✅ 1.5oz Herradura Ultra
✅ 1oz Lemon Juice
✅ .5oz Egg White (optional)
✅ 2 Dashes Bitters
✅ .5oz Honey
✅ 1oz Soda Water
Method
- 1. Pour pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze
- 2. Add ice cubes to shaker to chill, along with Herradura Ultra, lemon juice, egg white (optional), bitters, and honey.
- 3. Shake well.
- 4. Add frozen pineapple cubes into your favourite glass and top with soda water.
- 5. Garnish with two pineapple leaves and enjoy!
