Tahbilk Viognier 2016

Tahbilk is a fine example of the history and quality of Australian winemaking. It was founded in 1860 and remains family owned. James Halliday named Tahbilk the 2016 Winery of the Year. They have been growing Viognier since the early 2000s, focusing on producing varietal examples rather than using it in a blend. Fun and approachable, this is a juicy and balanced example.
