The extra time in barrel and lees stirring creates a wine that has an intense aroma of caramel and wild flowers, with passion fruit integrated into the wine. The palate still has fresh citrus flavours of yellow grapefruit along with macadamia, salted caramel and biscotti. This is a Sauvignon Blanc that delivers a much more developed and fuller flavour than most.
