Seven Falls Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks this wine is a steal. It was so popular, the LCBO has just made it a Vintages Essential. Each sip is gorgeously warm and velvety with oodles of mouth-coating fruit -- crushed plum, black cherries and blackcurrant liqueur laced with notes of freshly brewed coffee, black peppercorn, black earth, burnt almonds, dark chocolate and blueberry pie. The finish is long and sultry and the balance is impeccable. It's a serious wine at a seriously low price. Take that all-star charcuterie board to the next level with this exciting, undervalued red.
