Obtained exclusively from the winery's fresh Merlot and Cabernet Franc pomace, distilled in selection within hours of racking by artisan distillery Nannoni Grappe, based in Tuscany. The cutting of the head, heart and tail are all done under the guidance of a local Master Distiller. Classic layers with very pure fruit notes and smooth on the palate, truly sipping Grappa at its best.
