Butterscotch galore! This sweet and beautifully balanced Brandy, made with PX (Pedro Ximenez) grapes from the Jerez region of Spain, would be dynamite with holiday fruit cake, rum cake, or while enjoying a fine Cuban cigar, or one of my favourite non-Cuban sticks, a 1992 Vintage Rocky Patel.
