Riesling dominates, but there's a small amount of Semillon and Muscat here to add complexity. Spiced orange, amaro and anise aromas lead to tangy orangey characters with a slight saline tang on the palate. This is the kind of wine you want on hand with a bowl of mussels in a Thai style coconut curry.
