An intense cherry colour with threads of terracotta. The nose is an open, well-balanced combination of fruit and wood with lactic overtones and hints of vanilla with ripe fruit. It is soft on the palate with full well-balanced flavour that reflects the nose. Easily distinguished fruit and fine tannins. Ideal to be drunk alone or to accompany light snack with 'pa amb tomàquet'- Catalan style rustic bread with fresh tomato and olive oil.
