Ratte Rouge Clos Maire 2016

Fruit and more fruit! The Clos Maire vintage is the result of the vinification of the red Trousseau and Pinot Noir grapes from the same grape vine. The grapes are directly destemmed to the vine, manually, and the grains arrive intact in the vat room: a semi-carbonic maceration gives this wine a lot of freshness and an exceptional fruitiness. Ideal with spicy dishes as well as red meats.
