Paper Road Pinot Noir 2016

A wonderfully composed pinot, the beautifully fragrant bouquet shows dark cherry, plum, floral, spice and toasted almond characters. It is concentrated and succulent on the palate, delivering excellent fruit power and velvety texture, brilliantly supported by silky tannins. The wine is rich and flavoursome, while remaining elegant and well structured. At its best: now to 2021. Score - 93. (Sam Kim, wineorbit.co.nz, March 2017)
