Clear and colourless. Attractive, intense, complex, buttery, sweet gingerbread cookie nose. Fairly dry, medium bodied, harmonious, slightly spicy, faintly honeyed, buttery, caramel-vanilla flavours with a lingering, fairly high acid, rose petal-tinged finish.
