Le Fils des Gras Moutons Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine Sur Lie 2016

'Les Fils de Gras Moutons' translates as 'the sons of fat sheep,' a jovial name for this domaine farmed by the father-and-son team of Claude and Sébastien Branger. This wine was grown on vines aged 40-70 years and delivers crunchy green apple, crisp pear and salty mineral notes. The finish is lovely, textured and quite long.
