Lakeview Cellars Cabernet Franc Icewine 2017

This is an Icewine that really draws attention to its rich, generous texture; it has a wonderful mouthfeel. There's plenty more to enjoy too, with strawberry, cherry, red pepper, milk chocolate and caramel tones working to create a lavish, complex experience. Good acidity keeps in step with the sweetness, and a touch of spice adds just that little extra oomph to an already fun package. Perfect with apple pie. (Vintages panel, March 2018)
