La Croix Montjoie Cremant De Bourgogne

From 25 year old vines grown on clay/limestone soil, hand-harvested grapes, vinified using the méthode traditionelle and aged on lees for 18 months. Lemon gold colour with fine bubbles and a delightful balance of fruit and oak influences. Ideal as an apéritif or with red-berry desserts - strawberry tarts or alongside a blackcurrant sorbet. Age-worthy for 3 years max.
