Sourced from among HoP's oldest and lowest-yielding vines, this is a silky, vibrant Pinot. Fresh and lifted with crushed berry, raspberry, strawberry and earth tones. A beautifully textured wine that will deliver great versatility at the table, it has the structure and depth for duck or salmon and would be superb with an autumn beef stew.
