Clear pale amber gold colour; subtle, yet complex aromas of toasted grain, vanilla, toffee, sweet orange zest and oak, with floral notes and hints of toffee, walnut and spice; elegant palate, with flavours of sweet malt, nut, spice, cooked apple and pear; on the finish, notes of oak tannin and nutty Sherry wood emerge.
