Frazzitta Cremovo

Oldest, most famous flavoured Sicilian fortified wine, prepared with minimum 80% Marsala Fine DOP. Contains fusion of egg yolks, 16% alc./vol. and sugar content > 200 g/L. Dark amber colour. Sweet and creamy with persistent aromas of eggs and hints of caramel, toffee, coffee, vanilla and rum. Use it to make rich desserts, or serve with cake, ice cream, or as an aperitif.
