Emmolo Sauvignon Blanc 2015

This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc from the Napa Valley opens with a light lemon-lime bouquet with a hint of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced and fresh. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite some time.
