El Maestro Sierra 12-Year-Old Amontillado

Amazing complexity here for the money, as is the case with most sherries; this has substantial nutty, rancio, salted caramel, nuts and dried fruit flavours, a description which barely scratches the surface, while the palate is bone dry, equally salty, with fine length and layers of complexity.
