Domaine du Colombier Chablis 2015

Though they only began making their wines available to the general public in 1980, the Moth family has been making wine since 1957, and Domaine du Colombier's winemaking heritage goes back to 1887. This offers a subtle white floral tone on the nose along with nice fruit and a flinty minerality. The yellow apple fruit and minerality are picked up nicely on the palate, supported by a fine, crisp acidity. (Vintages panel, April 2017)
