Closson Chase Vineyard Chardonnay 2016

This rich, creamy chardonnay from the warm 2016 vintage pours fairly deep lemon colour. The nose is subtle and complex with ripe peach, fine toast/bread, hazelnut, butterscotch and a touch of earthiness. It is quite full bodied, soft and concentrated, perhaps a bit low in acid.
