Château des Charmes Cabernet Icewine 2014

Fresh strawberry jam nose with a light cedary-floral note (having lost the herbal note I detected when tasted last year): well-balanced, sweet but not too sweet, honeyed strawberry, flavour, good mouth-feel with enough acidity to sustain well on the palate.
