Château de Pierreux is one of the Burgundy estates owned by the famed Boisset winemaking family. Grapes are farmed biodynamically in the volcanic soil of Mont Brouilly. This red is rich and round with concentrated flavours of ripe black fruit, asphalt and mixed spice. It's a good pairing for pot roast. Score - 4.5 Stars (out of 5).
