Casa-Dea Gamay 2010

This is a delightful Gamay full of fruit - but the way you serve it will be up to you. You'll find cherry and strawberry all with hints of black pepper ... while the finish is raspberry with hints of spice. As for serving, the chill is the thing. If you chill you minimize the pepper and spice and bring out the fruit; room temp accents those aspects ... find your ideal temperature and enjoy. Score - 3.5 Stars (out of 5).
