Burrowing Owl Athene 2015

A field of ripe berry aromas jump out of the glass; blackberries, raspberries, blueberries. Toasty oak, lavender and smoked meat notes follow suit. The palate is opulent and rich offering layers of blackcurrant and ripe raspberry, mocha and freshly ground pepper.
