Bodegas Baron Xixarito Manzanilla

Founded in Sanlucar in 1895, Bodegas Baron underwent a renaissance in 2014. Though they make several styles, Manzanilla is their focus and this one exhibits the high-quality standards they can achieve. Intensely aromatic with oak, dried flowers, and hints of nuts it is viscous on the palate yet very dry; balanced acidity is followed by a hint of bitter coffee bean-like character on the finish.
