Black Stallion Estate Chardonnay 2016

Black Stallion Winery sits on land that was once an equestrian centre. They source the grapes for this Chardonnay from both cool and warmer sites, which allows the final blend to reflect a vibrancy and lift alongside ripe tropical fruit. There's lots of aromatic fun here, with floral, peach, apple, citrus, oak and vanilla notes to enjoy. Featuring wonderful balance and drive, this wine will be quite the crowd-pleaser and will be great with grilled chicken or blackened fish. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2018)
