Really classic gander into the stoicism of straightforward, easy on the nose, mouth and eyes Bourgogne fizz. From parcels only 45 minutes as the crow flies from Champagne, if this isn't the most consistent producer of such Crémant I'd like to meet the other. Terrific comfortably tart chardonnay with the type of personality to act as a long, smooth finisher. Always conditions the expected and completes the effort.
