Deep black grape becomes a bright red colour due to the large and elegant concentration of the variety. Blackcurrant jam bouquet, that is reminiscent of raspberries and ripe fruit with caramelized sweetness of blueberry; sweet spices that combine with ripe notes of dark chocolate, cinnamon and freshly roasted coffee. On the palate sweet and balanced with a harmony of tastes mature, melodious from the sweet of the grape and powerful as a result of the tannins in the wood. Serve between 18-20 °C. Serve this wine with grilled red meat, game, ripe cheese and cakes.
