Opaque ruby colour. A complex bouquet of black fruit, soy sauce and crystallized violets, supported by soft minerals, with deep blackberry and bramble flavours, a soft texture and impressive background elevation. Its weight increases when it breathes, but it remains supple, with a spicy nature remaining impressive in the finish. This is enough of an attraction for drinking it now, but it also builds with age.
