High-intensity, with hints of stone fruits and tropical touches of mango and passion fruit. Sweet, well structured, and with tingling vivacity, well balanced on the palate. Long persistent aftertaste while respecting the aromas and flavours of the varieties. Ideal with shellfish, sushi and spicy foods.
