White Palette is a blend of several unspecified varieties but I detect some riesling in the mix thanks to a hint of petrol and yellow peachy and lemon fruit. It is just off-dry with very good acidity, honeyed-lemon and almost perfumy florality - that reminds me of gewurztraminer. There is some enlivening spritz as well. The length is very good.
