Raisins, dried figs & caramel aroma; very soft, sweet, slightly nutty flavour; full bodied and luscious

Harveys Bristol Cream Sherry

Clear pale lemon colour; forward aromas of citrus peel, binned apple, toasted nuts, dried grapes and fruit blossoms; bone dry with nutty citrus and briny notes; light to medium body with a warm finish

Tio Pepe Extra Dry Fino

Medium amber colour; aromas of dried plum, almond, caramel and saline; on the palate it is dry and medium bodied, with flavours of salted almond, pecan, caramel and dates.

Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado Dry Sherry

The 2014 Pedro Ximenez de Anada is dark amber and sweet, with notes of honeyed figs, maple syrup, toffee and almond liqueur. It is rich and unctuous, very full-bodied and a serious decadent elixir. La Bodega Obregón runs a popular tavern in El Puerto de Santa María, where they serve their own Sherries as well as selections they sell to Lustau for the Almacenista line. This Fino del Puerto is intense in citrus and salty notes, like preserved lemons. Its texture is rustic, yet delightfully fresh, completely enveloping the wine's intensity. Score - 92. Emilio Lustau Almacenista Fino del Puerto Obregón

A nutty, totally enveloping sherry with a balanced degree of sweetness. An aged dry Oloroso and a sweet PX are blended and returned to casks making for a unique and complex style. Drinks almost like a table wine, balanced, without heaviness but with a great deal of flavour. Concentrated and engaging but not overwhelmingly so. Elegant and focused by not shy.
