Hazy medium copper with aromas of pink grapefruit, orange peel, pineapple, honey and resinous hops. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied and well carbonated with flavours that execute what the nose promised and a bitter, hoppy finish.

Four Fathers Brewing Co. was founded by four hockey dads and their sons. The Starter is dry-hopped using the Galaxy variety, which is high in essential oils, resulting in forward citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavours. Guelph-based Wellington Brewery is Ontario's oldest independently-owned microbrewery. Upside is brewed in the east coast IPA style, and is bursting with flavours of tropical fruit, grapefruit, lime and toasted malt.
